Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Antic Products, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free refund and returns policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:

  • To be eligible for a refund or return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and downloadable software, are exempt from being returned.

2. Initiation of Refund or Return:

  • To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer support team within same days of receiving your order after 24 hour not acceptable.
  • You may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number and purchase receipt, when requesting a refund or return.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items to ensure that your return is received safely.

4. Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund using the original method of payment. Please allow 15 working business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund may be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Cancellation of Orders:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
